About These Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the 7FoldSofas website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.
Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if a fabric becomes unavailable, in which case we'll offer a full refund.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the time of order for made-to-order items. We use a third-party payment provider to process payments securely; we do not store your full card details.
Delivery
Delivery timescales are estimates, not guaranteed dates — see our Delivery Information page for typical lead times. Risk in the goods passes to you once delivered and signed for.
Your Right to Cancel
You have a 14-day right to cancel your order after delivery under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Full details are set out in our Returns & Cancellations page.
Warranty
Every sofa is covered by our 30-day warranty as described on the Warranty page. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
