Your 14-Day Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the day you receive your sofa to change your mind and cancel your order, without giving a reason.
Made-to-Order Items
Because every sofa is handmade to your chosen fabric and configuration, your right to cancel applies from the point of order up until production begins. Once we've started cutting fabric for your specific sofa, cancellation is still possible within the 14-day window after delivery, but a reasonable deduction may apply if the sofa shows signs of use beyond what's needed to check it over.
How to Start a Return
- Email us with your order number and let us know you'd like to return your sofa
- We'll confirm collection eligibility and arrange a collection date with you
- Keep the sofa in the room it was delivered to, in resaleable condition, until collection
Refunds
Once we've collected your sofa and checked it over, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery charges are refunded in full; return collection is free of charge.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your sofa arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with photos as soon as possible. We'll arrange a repair, replacement part, or full replacement at no cost to you — this is separate from, and in addition to, your 14-day right to cancel.
