Delivery Timescales
Every 7FoldSofas sofa is made to order, so please allow 4–6 weeks from the date of your order to delivery. During busier periods (January sales and the run-up to Christmas) this can extend to 7–8 weeks — if that happens, we'll email you with an updated date as soon as we know.
Once your sofa leaves our workshop, our delivery partner will contact you directly to book a day that works for you, with a 3-hour delivery window on the day itself.
What to Expect on Delivery Day
Our two-person delivery team will call ahead when they're on their way. On arrival, they will:
- Check your sofa fits through your doorways, hallways and stairs before bringing it inside
- Assemble any modular sections in your chosen room
- Remove all delivery packaging for recycling
- Ask you to inspect the sofa before they leave
Please measure your doorways, staircases and lift access in advance — if you're at all unsure whether your sofa will fit, get in touch before ordering and we'll talk it through with you.
Room of Choice & Packaging Removal
Free room-of-choice delivery and full packaging removal is included on every order, with no minimum spend. We don't just leave your sofa at the door.
Delivery Charges
Standard UK mainland delivery is free on all sofas. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and offshore addresses may carry a surcharge, which we'll always confirm with you before you complete your order.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, an update when it enters production, and a final email with tracking details once it's ready to leave our workshop. If you need an update in the meantime, contact us with your order number.
